The schedule of calls for proposals for EU funding instruments has been updated

The Lithuanian Business Support Agency and the Ministry of Economy and Innovation of the Republic of Lithuania present the updated schedule of calls for proposals for EU investment related to business and public sector by 2020.

In the first quarter of 2020, calls for proposals were scheduled under the following instruments for business: “Industry 4.0 LT” for execution of technological audits of production and ‘Eco-Innovation LT+’ for facilities and technologies minimizing climate change and greenhouse effect.

It is also anticipated to launch a call for proposals for EU funding instrument ‘InoConnect’ to fund participation in innovation-related events in 2020.

Five calls for proposals for the business sector have been launched already, namely the ‘Experiment’ that is aimed at encouraging the development of new innovative products or services by financing R&D activities during the project, ‘Eco-Innovation LT’ for eco-standards, auditing and eco-design, ‘Design LT’ for product and service design, ‘Renewable Energy for Industry LT+’ for renewable energy facilities, and ‘Digital Innovation Centres’ for cluster development.

In the first quarter of 2020, the LBSA will also administer a strategically important EU investment instrument for the public sector that will upgrade tourism infrastructure (marketing of national tourism routes, paths and products, and development of tourism labelling infrastructure).
