A MEMO FOR PROJECT PROMOTERS ON WHAT THEY NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE POST-PROJECT MAINTENANCE

What project promoters need to know and do after a project has been completed is explained in detail in the Post-Project Maintenance Memo for Project Promoters, prepared by the Lithuanian Business Support Agency (LBSA).

The memo outlines the actions to be taken by the project promoters once the project has been completed, the EU funding allocated by the LBSA have been received and post-project maintenance is required.

The LBSA reminds project promoters that once the project has been completed, project maintenance continues for a further three or five years (as stipulated in the project contract) from the end of the project funding.

During that period, reports after the end of the project funding must be submitted via the Data Exchange Website (DEW) within thirty days of the end of the calendar year. They must be filled in directly in the DEW ‘Reports after Completion’ section and no additional, special forms will need to be filled in. The reports are completed online and confirmed with a mobile or USB signature.

Detailed instructions can be found in the memo.
A form of the report to be submitted after the end of the project funding can also be found there.
