CHANGES IN LBSA MANAGEMENT
As of 1 April 2022, Agnė Vaitkūnienė, Director of Investment Management Service of the LBSA, will take over the position of the Acting Director of the Lithuanian Business Support Agency (LBSA) and subsequently of Innovation Agency. Saulius Merkys, who has been the acting director of the LBSA until now, has stepped down due to family circumstances. He will continue to work for the LBSA and ensure the operation of the Service and Risk Assessment Service.
‘In the near future, until a new head is appointed, we will continue to work as usual. We are a team and together we are ready to face all challenges’, says Vaitkūnienė.
On 12 April, the Public Institution Lithuanian Business Support Agency, which is being reorganised, will change its name to Innovation Agency, as previously announced. The address of the registered office will also change to Juozo Balčikonio g. 3, LT-08247 Vilnius.
Other data and details of the institution (except for the name and address) will remain unchanged after the reorganisation.
