CONGRATULATIONS TO SOLAR ENERGY LOVERS
On 21 October 1983, the speed of light was officially confirmed to be 299,792.458 km/s. To mark this date, 21 October has been declared World Photonics Day.
Photonics includes solar cells, optical sensors, lasers and modern screens, LED bulbs and many other advanced fibre-optic technologies.
The LBSA congratulates all its partners – developers of solar power plant projects, creators of innovative outdoor solar lights, developers of smart energy generators and other R&D projects, and composite materials and their application technologies – on this professional day.
Soon we will invite all solar power plant owners, solar enthusiasts and project developers to a webinar on the topic of ‘0 emission district’. It will be hosted by Dr Vitas Mačiulis, President of the Lithuanian Solar Energy Association.
