FOR THE ATTENTION OF CLIENTS OF THE LITHUNIAN BUSSINES SUPPORT AGENCY!

Recently, cyberattacks against the servers of the Lithuanian Business Support Agency (LBSA) and its service providers have increased by disrupting the operation of the LBSA‘s email.

The evaluation of the applications for the measures ‘Incentives to improve the infrastructure of creative enterprises’ (Paskatos gerinti kūrybinių priemonių įmonių infrastruktūrą) No 1, ‘Expo Certificate LT’ (Expo sertifikatas LT) No 4 and ‘New Opportunities LT’ (Naujos galimybės LT) No 6 is now underway. Some of the emails, clarifications and queries sent by LBSA staff may have been moved to the junk folders of the LBSA clients’ mail. This is most relevant for Gmail users. This causes unforeseen disruptions and time wastage.

Information for all clients of the Agency!

While the unwanted interferences of the attack are being addressed, please check your email and junk folders carefully and follow the latest news published by the LBSA.

If you find an email from the LBSA in your junk folder, please mark these emails as not being ‘spam’. A rule/filter can be created in the links to prevent emails from the LBSA being moved to the junk folder.
