LVPA TERMINATES THE CONTRACT OF JAUSMOMATIS PROJECT
Based on findings of additional breach inquiry and with approval by ministry of economics and innovation, Lithuanian Business Support Agency (LVPA) has terminated Jausmomatis (device to measure feelings) project.
The project, officially called creation of innovative technological system to measure and evaluate human feelings and emotional state, has been terminated, when additional breach inquiry found that it does not meet project funding requirements.
According to LVPA director Aurimas Želvys, EU investment project Pre-commercial Procurement LT is unique in EU, therefore it is very important to strengthen reputational, legal and project risk management aspects. Unfortunately this project was considered controversial from very beginning.
No payments have been made so far, the amount EU investment in question was EUR 678,000.
