REORGANISATION CONTINUES

On 1 March, the third compulsory notice on reorganisation was published in the Information Bulletin of the State Enterprise Centre of Registers No 2022-60 in the section ‘Public Notices of Legal Entities’ and on the website of the Lithuanian Business Support Agency.

In accordance with Resolution No 1092 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of 15 December 2021 on the consent to reorganise the Public Institution Versli Lietuva (Enterprise Lithuania), and Order No 4-1414 of the Minister of Economy and Innovation of the Republic of Lithuania of 23 December 2021, the terms and conditions of the reorganisation of the Public Institution Versli Lietuva were prepared.

According to the prepared terms and conditions, the reorganisation will be carried out by merging the Public Institution Lithuanian Business Support Agency with the Public Institution Versli Lietuva, whose activities as a legal entity will cease after the reorganisation whereas the Public Institution Lithuanian Business Support Agency will continue its activities after the reorganisation under a new name – Public Institution Inovacijų agentūra (Innovation Agency).

The other data and requisites of the Lithuanian Business Support Agency (except the name and address) will remain unchanged after the reorganisation.

All rights and obligations of the Public Institution Versli Lietuva will be transferred to the Lithuanian Business Support Agency as of the date of signing of the deed of acceptance and transfer by the Public Institution Versli Lietuva and the Public Institution Lithuanian Business Support Agency.

The Ministry of Economy and Innovation will exercise the rights and obligations of the State as the owner of the Public Institution Lithuanian Business Support Agency, which will continue its activities under a new name after the reorganisation.
