THE LITHUANIAN BUSINESS SUPPORT AGENCY (LBSA) HAS PUBLISHED A PROCUREMENT NOTICE FOR THE PURCHASE OF A PILOT VERSION OF A SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED ENTERPRISE STATUS DECLARATION INSTRUMENT

The Ministry of Finance has invited public sector organisations to submit applications to fund the costs of the procurement of GovTech solutions under the DNA Plan Action ‘Creating an innovation market for the digital economy by funding the costs of the innovation procurement of GovTech solutions and promoting green innovation’. GovTech solutions are a range of innovative solutions to address public sector and social issues. GovTech covers innovations in the fields of legislation, energy, culture, tourism, taxation, social welfare, health, transport, justice and the police, education and the environment.
 
The LBSA has published a notice of a design contest by means of an innovative simplified open procedure for a ‘Pilot version of the SME Status Declaration Instrument’ under one of the GovTech projects ‘How to automate the declaration and verification of the status of an SME entity’.

 
The best three entries of the design contest will be awarded prizes.
The winner will receive EUR 11,000, second place will receive EUR 5,000 and third place will receive EUR 3,800.

The tenderer ranked first will be subject to a negotiated procedure without publication of a contract notice. 

The fixed value of the public contract is EUR 33,200 (including VAT).

Tenders under this procurement can be submitted until 8 October 2021, 9.00 a.m.
