WE ARE CONSTANTLY IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF OUR SERVICES

As it does every year, the Lithuanian Business Support Agency (LBSA) is constantly improving its activity processes and the quality of public services provided. The LBSA together with its partners, UAB Rinkos tyrimų centras, conducts customer satisfaction surveys and qualitative and quantitative research. This is to increase the level of satisfaction of EU investment project implementers with the provided services, improve consulting, application evaluation, project implementation and project results monitoring processes, and to ensure high quality of public services rendered.
 
Survey questionnaires have already been sent to several thousand potential respondents. We thank you for your active participation in the survey. The opinion and remarks from each of you are important to us, so if you have not yet managed to answer our questions during your busy working day and want to do so, please contact us by e-mail: komunik[email protected] and we will send you a quantitative research form.
 
We guarantee the complete anonymity of the answers – all data will be analysed and presented only in summary form. We process the data provided by customers in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council dated 27 April 2016. This regards the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

A summary analysis of the results of the survey will be published on 23 December.
