TRAINING ON ‘COVID-19 E-COMMERCE MODEL’ AND ‘COVID-19 CREATIVE VOUCHERS’ FOR PROJECT PROMOTERS

Distance training of the measures ‘Creative Vouchers Covid-19’ and ‘E-Commerce Model Covid-19’ was organised for project promoters. The professionals of the Lithuanian Business Support Agency (LBSA) presented detailed information on the implementation of the contracts under these instruments.

Sandra Gylienė, Senior Advisor of the Project Finance Group, informed the applicants about the general requirements for the eligibility of costs, the procedure for advance payments, and the particular requirements for payroll documentation and completing payment requests.

Monika Kemežytė-Vaitiekūnienė, Deputy Head of Business Sustainability Division, presented the specificities of the implementation of the contracts under the ‘Creative Vouchers Covid-19’ instrument and said that this instrument was very popular. ‘EUR 7 million was earmarked for this call. A total of 127 projects were positively evaluated for EUR 32.94 million. The funding is sufficient for 127 projects’, she said. She introduced the supported activities and details of the requirements for suppliers, and provided important information on project administration, execution, modification and termination of the contracts, analysis of monitoring indicators and reporting.

Brigita Masiulienė, Senior Project Manager of Business Sustainability Division, presented general information to the applicants on the execution of the contracts, the rules on project administration and financing, the requirements of the de minimis regulation, recommendations on the eligibility of project costs for the European Union’s Structural Funds, and reporting and information on post-project monitoring.

The LBSA advises that applications for funding under the measure ‘Incentives for the cultural and creative industries sector to develop competitive cultural projects’ will be accepted until 21 February, and under the measure ‘Incentives to improve the infrastructure of cultural and creative industries enterprises’, until 28 March.
